the staff, especially Brianna, Jennifer, and Albert, were amazing, quick to resolve any issues with a cheerful attitude even when busy. the room was clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed including a coffee maker, safe, and access to hot and cold water. the bedsheet and mattress were cozy, and the breakfast offered delicious options with free parking available. the hotel lived up to the photos advertised, unlike some others we've seen. the location was perfect for our visit to the Sawdust Festival in Laguna Beach and to pay respects at the UCI Memorial Monument. the amenities such as the fitness center and breakfast were a plus. the hotel had a vibrant lobby where we could relax and work. We enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and whirlpool spa, along with additional features like complimentary wired Internet access and a business center. This hotel provided outstanding service and made us feel instantly at ease. A great choice whether for business or holiday travel in Mission Viejo. We definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area.
